The flat in Leverkusen-Opladen

Modern new-build flat in the Neue Bahnstadt Opladen, a young quarter on the former railway site. Opladen station is a 4-minute walk away, and the old town with its half-timbered houses is not far. The flat is fully furnished and is cleaned before every arrival; fresh bed linen, towels and Wi‑Fi are always included.

There are four sleeping places: a double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. It is most comfortable for up to three people, with a maximum of four.

Kitchen-living room

Large corner sofa bed that sleeps two people, plus a dining table, TV, parquet flooring and a fitted kitchen with oven, extractor hood and kettle. The terrace door with insect screen and roller shutter leads outside.

Bedroom

Double bed (box-spring bed) for two people with separate duvets, large wardrobe and double roller blinds for blackout.

Bathroom

Walk-in shower with rain shower head, washbasin and window.

Washing machine

The flat's storage room holds a washing machine, a cordless vacuum cleaner and a mop.

Terrace

Private terrace with seating for after work.

Prices

The flat costs €25 per bed per night, or €100 per night for the whole flat with all four sleeping places. The longer you stay, the cheaper it gets: from 7 nights it is €22.50 per bed per night, from 30 nights €20. We charge a flat €80 per stay for the final cleaning, plus a deposit of €500, covering the keys for example, which you get back after departure. If you stay a month or longer, for a holiday or a longer visit for example, you can also rent the whole flat for €2,100 a month. Electricity, water, heating and Wi‑Fi are included, and all prices include 7% VAT.

Location and transport at Opladen station

Opladen station is a 4-minute walk away. The regional train takes you to Cologne in around 17 minutes and to Düsseldorf in about 40 minutes with one change. By car, you reach the A3 at the Leverkusen-Opladen junction.

Parking at the flat

The flat has no parking space of its own, but there is parking nearby. We will tell you the best place to park before you arrive; if you are coming in a van, please let us know its height beforehand.

For crews and companies

Invoice to your company with VAT itemised, with a cost centre on request. Suitable for a team of up to three, at most four people. Ideal for jobs in the Bahnstadt, at Chempark and around Cologne and Düsseldorf, because you can get to work or to the station without a car.

For holidays and visits

A city break with a train link to Cologne, a visit to the region or a longer stay: the flat offers a kitchen, terrace and sleeping places for up to four people.
